Can you please try to see if this happens in current versions of aptitude? Maybe the fact that "asylum" doesn't have any candidate (nor installed) version is what it's causing the problem. If you (or anybody) could verify whether this is an issue with the rest of games/packages (trying to correlate lack of description and lack of candidate or installed versions), it would be great.
