Control: tags -1 + moreinfo
This bug needs to be reevaluated since it's quite old and the other parts involved (including dpkg and apt) must have changed significantly in these 7 years. I am not sure if this situation of "Package is in a very bad inconsistent state - you should reinstall it before attempting a removal" can be forced, which would be nice to try to reproduce and fix the problem.
