Package: aptitude
Version: 0.4.11.11-1~lenny1
Severity: wishlist

In a moment of confusion, I ran this:

    $ sudo aptitude install RCS
    [...]
    Couldn't find any package matching "RCS". However, the following
    packages contain "RCS" in their description:

As package names are always lowercase, perhaps aptitude should
lowercase requested package names?
