Re-upgraded this package didn't lead to any problem or any other
installation. So, this downgrade was actually useless!

BTW, 3 other packages (gnome-system-monitor, libgtkmm-3.0-1 and
libgtkmm-3.0-dbg) were also downgraded, and similarly, I could
upgrade them again.
