The aptitude man page refers to several corresponding apt configuration
variables as "Apt::...", but they should be "APT::..." according to
apt.conf(5).
apt configuration variables are case-insensitive, so this is a pretty
minor issue. I suppose that consistency between documentation would be
nice, though.
As Daniel Burrows said it is case insensitive, but for consistency I
fixed it in the doc, translations and even code, to try to not get them
creeping back.
Marked as +pending, to be included in the next release. Thanks for the
report.
