When aptitude::Auto-Upgrade is set to true aptitude hangs, when it is
set to false it starts.
But when selecting Marks Upgradable in the menu aptitude hangs.
Sorry that this report was not handled earlier.
I cannot reproduce it with 0.7.1-1. Did you keep having this issue with
later versions?
Probably a temporary problem due to interactions with other libraries,
or some issue internally with the aptitude resolver. In 4 years,
several stable releases in between and without duplicates, it doesn't
look like this issue is present nowadays.
I am going to close this bug report, please reopen if you still see it
or can provide more information. Thanks for your report, in any case.
