Control: affects -1 pbuilder civicrm
Package "civicrm" FTBFS in "pbuilder" because Aptitude do not install
"php-gettext" package listed in civicrm's Build-Depends.
I can only build CiviCRM in pbuilder if I add the following to ~/.pbuilderrc:
PBUILDERSATISFYDEPENDSCMD="/usr/lib/pbuilder/pbuilder-satisfydepends-classic"
Please investigate.

Indeed "php7.0-common" provides "php-gettext" without Breaks/Replaces.
Not sure if it is intentional though...
