Yes, it took me some time to convince the people at the private customers 
hotline to change the format to SWIFT MT940 as well. Although the business 
hotline does change to this format without asking questions...

My documents are in tgz format. You might want to double check using the web 
interface by going to the download section. Another reason might be that they 
have not re-generated your statements and only the new ones will be in SWIFT 
format. If you do have SWIFT MT940 format but not zipped, I will ask YN what 
the exact procedure is to get the format supported by Aqbanking, in order 
that this complex process can be documented...
