The problem is fixed in CVS since March, but we haven't made a 0.9.38 release of qbankmanager so far. You can fix it yourself by opening the file askaccount.ui in a texteditor and remove all the lines saying <includehint>...</includehint> (near the bottom). Then run "make" again. Sorry for this.
