Yes, this is correct. The file is written once and never being modified. (The file contains known and trusted server certificates as required for openssl's function SSL_CTX_load_verify_locations [1].) > Fink currently has the file listed as a > configuration file, which I think interferes with dueling versions on > upgrades. "Configuration file" is obviously wrong. It should simply be a "data file". Maybe gwenhywfar's default location in /etc/ is not optimally suited, but that's what is currently set.
