After make -f Makefile.cvs and configure, make gives me:

$ make
make -C ` dirname src/version.h ` ` basename src/version.h `
make[1]: Entering directory `/c/svngwenhywfar/src'
make[1]: `version.h' is up to date.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/c/svngwenhywfar/src'
cp -p ../src/version.h gwenhywfar/version.h
cp: cannot stat `../src/version.h': No such file or directory
make: *** [gwenhywfar/version.h] Error 1

gwenhywfar 2.5.3 + aqbanking 2.2.8 with gnucash 15573 was resulting
in gnucash saying that qt3-wizard.exe wasn't there (it seemed to me
to be in the appropriate place in the /c/soft/aqbanking branch). When
I double-clicked on qt3-wizard in a Windows Explorer window, I got a
message that libgwenhywfar-38.dll was missing.

So I tried the latest change to gwen. Don't make any assumptions that
my environment is OK. It's a lot better having gotten through
install.sh once + having understood the "please do..." message about /
etc/profile.d. But I've put the svn gwen outside the /c/soft tree,
but --prefix=/c/soft/gwenhywfar hoping to rebuild aqbanking in the
normal install.sh way.
