Good sign. So you have (actually had) everything you need

Don't use --enable-kbanking. That's old stuff and only kept for backward 
compatability with AqBanking2.  You need to reconfigure and rebuild KMyMoney 
to get rid of it.

You need to install the plugin and place the files in the right directories. 
This depends on your distro. Usually, KMyMoney and the plugin pickup 
the --prefix setting. If you play with it, you might be lost. The 
installation path for both --prefix must be identical the path displayed 
with 'kde-config --prefix'.
