Please specify which kind of HBCI you are using: [ ] HBCI with a DDV chipcard [ ] HBCI with a RSA chipcard [ ] HBCI with a RDH key file Also some more information on what the bank really expects you to do (what do they mean with "Profilwechsel") would be welcome.
