The gwenhywfar test for -fvisibility=hidden fails on mac os x because apple's custom gcc returns:
[12:56:40] $gcc --version|head -n1|cut -f1 -d " " i686-apple-darwin9-gcc-4.0.1 [12:57:32] $gcc -dumpversion 4.0.1 I don't know that I need visibility enabled, but it looks like the test isn't working anyway.
