In that case libgwenhywfar and AqBanking both look for their files (data, plugins) relative to the filesystem position of the binary (i.e. the application). This mode is automatically used on WIN32 platforms since WIN32 doesn't have the typical Unix file hierarchy (containing /usr, /bin etc). Anyway, the initially reported bug has now been fixed.
