Ein Versionsupdate ist bei Verwendung der neusten Versionen logischerweise
nicht möglich.
Lösung war letztlich, dass der Befehler
# aqhbci-tool4 getsysid
beim ersten Mal wohl nicht korrekt gearbeitet hat. Ein erneutes Ausführen des
Befehls hatte ein Update "Jobliste" zur Folge und ich konnte dann erfolgreich
mit der Bank kommunizieren.

Hatte ich auch, das klappte aber glaube ich nach einem Versionsupdate.
Bei mir funktionierts mit den aktuellen Paketen aus Debian/unstable.
