You can‘t get rid of them by „Removing Duplicates“? If not you have to do it manually because there has been a change in the format of saved data. So the duplicates you see are not duplicates for the program... You‘ll find those entries in ~/.aqbanking/apps/qbankmanager/data/transactions/<some number>/<your Bankleitzahl>/<your Kontonummer>/2009/09/07.trans Make shure you backup files before editing it!
