I'm not quite sure what you mean: HBCI is a homebanking protocol used in 
Germany only. So unless banks in Georgia support HBCI, EBICS or OFX-
DirectConnect AqBanking won't ne much of help to you.

OTOH if there is a nationally used homebanking protocol in your country 
chances are that a backend to AqBanking for such a protocol could be 
created...
