Hi, On ECN and its support this came to my mind during the presentation today: I assume that most of the results of characterization would be different with ECN present and supported (as you also mention in section 2.4). I am not quite sure what would be a "solution" when it comes to the document, still it seems to me that characterization of the AQM algorithm when ECN is present and supported should be also required. Maybe it is even more important in the long term than without ECN.
