El tema de la levadura tipo levex que vienen en una atmosfera inerte. Una vez abierto el envase se recomienda usarlo todo o en poco tiempo (yo diria no mas de una semana). Por algun lado tenia una curva de celulas viables que van quedando luego de abrir el sobre. Podrias hidratarlas con agua sola, poner un poco de azucar y mandar a heladera. Pero tanto trabajo por un sobre de levadura que vale un peso no le veo el sentido.
