Provide (pointers) to TFM. Tell people what tools can be used to
configure ppp, there are plenty of them, all tested and debuged.
There is no reason to create another one. If PPP configuration should
be integrated into Arachne, just provide a link that starts up an
external wizard. I do like Michaels idea of creating a DOS arachne.cfg
to Unix converter.
