I mean that on arachne you can to opne a shell (argh)
or to use mail accounts, irc ecc
it's very useful a package that contains only the browser
maybe that doesn't allows users to set a 'homepage'
and so on
for information boxes , ecc, where the people don't have to touch the system
And I mean maybe in a configuration ifle you can to choose
what modules of arachne to activate
it's better in this way?:)
