I'm answering without official permission from Michael.
Believe me, your crash and/or bug reports ARE taken seriously by Michael.
He doesn't acknowledge all bug reports and particularly single reports
because he has a landslide of mail - including duplicate messages from
me because I copy some things to the list in case others may be interested.
Generally, I would say that reports of bugs that are confirmed by others
get looked into first because it MAY be easier for him to duplicate the
problem - and therefore fix it.
If he can't see it, he can't easily fix it.
Keep up the reports. I'm sure he finds them MUCH more useful than our
persistent requests for changes and additions. <G>
