I fixed this in 1.66. It will work even with invalid TEMP, and it will
work in all situations, even with Cache2TEMP enable and invalid TEMP.

What a surprise ;-)

All Arachne components (CORE.EXe, INSIGHT.EXE, CFGWIZ.EXE) are now
going to rather silently ignore invalid TEMP directory... that was
easiest...

It was always intended to work like that, but there was some unexpected
behaviour in previous versions, probably.

Many people report that... it may be related to no PATH statement fond in
AUTOEXEC, which is very rare,...

Yes, previous versions were stupid.

Fixed in 1.66. But 1.66 was not yet released, mainly because of sustained
problem with lost clusters. I would need confirmation that there are now
lost clustoers unless clr.bat is called from inside Arachne using F8 key.
BTW... about the current page reload... this is really something which has
to be done, because it is impossible to keep on displaying latest page, if
cache is no longer consistant. Do you think it would be possible for you
to learn to skip to some local page before hitting F8 ? Or would you mind
id some bried message is displayed on screen instead of reloading page -
like Cache is now empty - or something like that ?
