Still you're discussing something that does not exist yet. HTML.C I've downloaded - and it's not enough to understand Document Object Model used in Arachne and to design JavaScript support routines. Neither it was sufficient to compile CORE.EXE and make my own release of Arachne, nor was I going to do that. The suggested solutions should be integrated in new official releases of Arachne. So you can't blame me. I've just written several patches to HTML.C - useful IMHO. Uploaded it. Patches only. Not the whole HTML.C. Nothing else.
... Well, someone had already removed read permissions from /changes/mithgol/ and /bugfixes/mithgol/ - a great surprise for me. It contained nothing too private, IMHO. Fixes and improvement for Arachne HTML parser: more correct <LINK> implementation, implemented ALIGN="MIDDLE" for <TD> and <P>, improved entities, HTML 4 document margins, HTML 4 <IMAGE TITLE="...">, etc. And one more thing. Can someone give me C sources of Arachne CSS implementation? I believe there's at least three bugs there. And I'm eager to write more bugfixing patches.
