Errr ... ummm ... I haven't read the copyright laws recently, but I'm afraid that unless our friend <G> Bill relinquishes them, he still has full rights over M$-DOS (actually, IBM had joint rights to some parts, but these may have been re-written by Bill's crowd). In other words, you can't legally do your own distribution! If Lineo won't let you distribute DR-DOS, your only option (that I'm aware of) is FreeDOS. Sorry.
