I was just trying to clarify things in my own mind. Thank you very much for the long and detailed explanation of mail filters. Very informative. My ISP offers spam blocking, but it seemed more trouble than it was worth for my low volume situation. I'll have to get more annoyed before I'm moved to do anything other than delete and forget. Still, that day may be coming, so it's good to know about the things that can be done. Thanks again.
