Pegasus Mail for DOS will properly display each message in a Mime
format digest, but otherwise displays all of the individual messages
as a single file.

I hate that HTML stuff too. I don't think a lot of folks who use
email programs with that option are even aware they are sending them.

Pegasus Mail for Win3.x can be configured to start your browser when
you click on a valid link. I thought I remembered FoxMail having that
option/feature also. Am I getting the two confused? Pegasus Mail for
DOS is my main email program for reading/writing and I use Arachne
for SMTP/POP3 transport. I have also been working some with the
Barebones email system by James Chapman as well as a nice
interface program for Barebones by another Arachne list member, Ron
Clarke.
