I found them in my Dalco catalog (www.dalco.com). My catalog is a 
little dated, but they are part number 62431. There are 20 per pack, 
10 for case cover and 10 for the internal boards. They are plastic 
and they cost $5 USD. Hope they still have them if you are still 
interested.
