Is any way exist to force Arachne to understand long
filenames at localhost under windows ? Or not ?
I need to do thumbnailed catalog to some scans on
CDROM. But instead of thimbnails i see only red boxes.
Instead of actual way
E:\CDROM\Celebs\Christy
Turlington\thumbnails\tn_TURL-07G.JPG
(file:///E|/CDROM/Celebs/Christy
Turlington/thumbnails/tn_TURL-07G.JPG in Netscape)
it show in Arachne
file:E:\cdrom\celebs\Christ~1\thumbnails/tn_TURL-07G.JPG"
with red box
and
file:E:\cdrom\celebs\Christ~1\thumbna~1\tn_tur~6.JPG"
with open this thumbnail with F3.
But i want to write Arachne to CD with long filenames as
autostarting application.
How to fix it ?
Maybe Arachne should understood long filenames when launched
under Windows 95, same as FAR do ?
