Thats the european standard plug connection for Audio-, RGB-, FBAS- and S-video-
signals of videodevices (a solid 20 pin connector built-in most european PAL-TVs).
Unfortunately mostly unknown in the US.
I think there is no chance for you to fabricate one -but you can try an easy to
setup -but grayscale- vgatocomposite plug
