They'll probably work anyway. It's just a question of transforming from one
thing to the other - the OS isn't involved in this at all.

I've got a cable set for copying between two VCRs and I think I know what
you're talking about - and if it is the same things (basically) then it's
doable otherwise it will probably not work. SCART is a very good thing
since I couldn't catch the TV signal via the normal interface on my TV-card
for saving onto the HD but when I used SCART (and therefor a VCR inbetween)
it worked. Haven't tried the card with this new machine, I'll probably be
able to capture moving images in full screen now :)
