Hi Arachne Fan Club,
can someone confirm that Arachne's WWW cache can't store more than
255 items? I just tried some offline surfing with some pages I visited -
but no sign of them in the cache. This number 255 seems familiar to
me... %-)
OK, one hour later: Perhaps I should read my own tips now and then - hit
the "Reload button" and everything's gonna be alright! Well, not quite,
because 255 really seems to be the maximum number of cached items. But
now I have at least the latest visited pages available - Arachne must have
deleted some older documents from the cache to enable this.
By the way, can someone read me here...over? This is Hans-Juergen speaking,
trying to reach this list with his internet mail account...over... ;-)

This is for you, Glenn... ;-)) Writing this mail the first time, I was
able to add an extra blank space at the end of the line, but storing the
mail in "outbox" and reopening it later deleted the space.

OK - this test obviously didn't make it to the list, because I probably
would have to subscribe again with my internet e-mail account, even if
I only want to *write* to this list from there and read it as usual
(from my BBS server) - right? ;-)
