Hi Michael...
I'm trying to use arachne in a fast pc with an
external modem and it won't autodetect, so i have to
find manually the address of it...
To this type of modem (which is standard and dos
compatible :) ) the settings are:
Product: Cnet model CN5614XE (56 Kbps)
Settings: Com port: Com 1
IRQ: Irq 4
This setting is not autodetected by the tool... so i
hope this information will be util...
Another thing...
If you can download any page searcher and try to put
in (in the search field) any information, you'll get
(and probably not... because not always it will
produce) an Xswap illegal allocation (an FATAL ERROR)
