Eric,

I can't understand what the problem is for you accessing the page.  I
took the short URL route and page loaded fine; I then clicked on the
test.zip link which produced the long asp URL ... and downloaded the
file automatically.

I'm wondering ... lack of environment space can cause all sorts of
processing problems behind software that we seldom see ... How large an
environment do you have set up on your system?  Maybe it gets filled up
when something needs it?
