In MIME.cfg
file/dosshell.dgi |@call $e\\system\\dgi\\dosshell.bat $e
Should be:
file/dosshell.dgi |@call $esystem\\dgi\\dosshell.bat $e

I haven't used this version enough to have seen the JPG problem and I just
checked the Hotlist Manager (both ways) and found no problem. I can't see
how it could be related to the above fix tho.
