Hi Neil,
I don't know if the "Bad command or file name" is related
to QEMM or not. I do know that on my computer which uses 386MAX
for memory management that I get an error message from the config.sys
file which is an erroneous message. I once spent considerable time
trying to figure out where it came from and then IIRC I found a note
in the 386MAX docs saying to ignore it.
However, I usually get the "Bad command or file name" message
when I try to call a utility from a batch file and I don't have that
utility on that computer. I suggest you check the batch files involved
with "shelling" and see if you can find a command that the one computer
doesn't recognise.
