Am I wasting my time to try to get this to work?
I have tried UKA_PPP with not much success.
I can get connected, but cannot get PPP to start
nor Arachne to work. I can get ispap to (apparently)
load and start its pppd but Arachne does not connect
to it.
Probably I am attempting too many things with too little
knowledge. It seems like the various pieces all have
their own universes and docs etc but there is no overall
doc that says at a higher level what you need in a
big .BAT file that starts everything you need. ;-)
Anyway... if someone actually has got Arachne to work with
DRDOS (7.02) plus Motorola Bitsurfer ISDN, I'd be most
appreciative of a little info, like what config files
you used, what ppp packet driver works, anything.
Arachne looks like a great alternative browser and I'd
like to give it a try. Thanks all for your listening!
