Roger ......I don't have my NT4 box inside...it is in "cold" storage
at this season...<g>...so I can't run checks.....about the only thing
that immediately occurs to me is have him/them try the command with
the directory closed....i.e.

.......:  copy q:\home\sed\install.bat c:\winwin\
................................................-
it also might be helpful to know what brand of NT is being used....
3.51 or 4.0 or 5.0 or....???  sometimes I have found significant
differences in "compatible" upgrades......<g>
