Experimental release of new hotlist manager

You can try to download new experimental beta (or rather alpha-) version
of Vitex's new Hotlist manager from Arachhne Download Page (as APM).
Section "Development, beta versions".

Final version will look differently, both user interface and design of
hotlist will change. But [EMAIL PROTECTED] asks you to test new hotlist
manager and write him what do you think.
