I found this report very interesting, and the reason for this bug is that
Arachne 1.6b1 runs all commands in lower case while fixmem.exe assumes a
big "C" will come. IMO it would be wiser to not switch cases since DOS
isn't case sensitive but programs can be (and in this case is).
Another "bug" is that the file system\apm.db\hcol15rc.htm should be
replaced with a new one.
