Thanks to all who offered helpful hints about how to add real names
to mail addresses - particularly to L.D., who sent a mini tutorial. Nice
work, L.D.!
One interesting thing came out of all this: If I add a mail address
to the hotlist and use quotation marks around the real name, the hotlist
screws up the entry and also the FOLLOWING entry - it seems as if some
combination of " and < or > is mistaken for some sort of command. Has
anyone else noticed this. It seems to cope if I leave out the quotation
marks, though, so maybe I'll leave it like that....
