The first time you logon with MICQ, you get prompted for a UIN (user 
ID number) or enter 0 (zero) then a password (you will be prompted) 
and the ICQ server will assign you a UIN. It is probably a good idea 
to record these, but the program records them and you should not need 
them agains except if the program gets damaged or deleted.
