You had me worried there for a second, Bernie !

I checked my Autoexec and it (normally) says: SET SYSTEM=NORMAL.

I checked my POST and I guess I assumed you would know it was the contents
of my environment. <G>

Here is that part of the post again:

COMSPEC=C:\COMMAND.COM
PATH=C:\;..\;C:\DOS\;D:\;\
PROMPT=$p $T$H$H$H$g
