I got an error message today that I'd never gotten before: DISK FULL!

I started hunting for stuff that maybe needed clearing of the HDD. I
hunted here and there, cleaned caches [have 5 caches in 2 different
installations of Arachne], and still only had 1Mb free when I was
finally able to access Arachne.

Sent a mail from low-use profile, and realized only then that I couldn't
remember emptying the trash can. Emptied that trash can. Changed
profiles and emptied trash can for this profile. Suddenly disk space
available jumped from 1Mb to 10Mb ...!!

So, possible new option for consideration:
     If trashcan >XMb, empty trash

I could possibly set that up in a batch file with a bit of work; I could
certainly set my batch file to empty ALL the trash cans when I exit
Arachne, like I clear environment now with the s.r.c. installation.

But when I'm in the middle of testing this new version, I'm using a
bare bones batch file to start with so I can keep track of everything.

Just a thought for the future. A refinement might be an additional
message, bell & whistle, on the "Disk Full!" module; have Arachne check
to see how much space is being taken up by trash can, display trash can
usage, and give option to empty trash can -- then check to see if it can
then run with the new disk space available.
