Sure :))
PCP_PCT is for PC_TCP ... this is a PROPRIETARY TCP/IP Stack, which you
need in order to be able to run the program. (it's cashware :)
The Wattcp version needs a packetdriver interface. (epppd, packetdriver for
any networkcard, or any other packetdriver like ISDN, SLIP .....)
