I thought it would be displayed in AOLs latest browser.
Something like this (with JavaScript):

Or like this in Arachne (well not really since it now is the same all over
the file):
<ARACHNE MSG="Click Here">
<A HREF=Http://fillinthe.spaces.com>"This is a link"</A>
But perhaps I assumed incorrectly?
