Well, I'll excuse your doubts because I had to try it too before

BTW, there is provision in the syntax for a followup string that
takes care of the switch to/from DST somehow. I don't have the
document available at this location, but I'd hazard a guess that
it might be simply to add DST to the end. But I don't know if you
have to take it off at the end of the month.
BTW2, Your NS mail time was about 1 hour off. It would appear mine
was also or it took an hour to make the trip. I was so pleased to
get the timezone correct I didn't check the time ! Maybe it would
be correct with DST flagged.
