Easy fix (which I've already suggested, hrmm), move apm.exe back down to
the main Arachne directory. The problems (as ex. the one Clarence have and
this one) is because the string for commands isn't long enough (which is
basically the problem - I think that DOS can handle the long input data)
Additionally the memc.dgi still doesn't work since fixmem/c is the correct
syntax and Arachne uses fixmem/C
