Hello All!
I've noticed several of you asking about and commenting about Freewwweb.
The correct URL to find the "fast info" is this:
http://www.freewwweb.com/quick/quick.html
Note: if asked for an OS...lie your a__ off and just click WIN95...they
don't really care what OS you use! Don't download anything, not
necessary. Just "click thru" to the registration page after you get
your authorization code, which is FWDL-2.10 I think, but don't quote
that, it may have changed! Pick yourself a screen name and password,
fill out the short questionaire, and your setup. Note also that you may
need to borrow a friend's WIN3X or higher, with some script support,
unless Arachne/Lynx will read the scripts correctly at Freewwweb. If
you need more help, just ask me!

PS.. Glenn McCorkle....Hey, hate to break the news to you, but WIN95
does indeed use AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS...you just never see them
loading because of the "Start Screen" pictures...they are included in
the WIN9X WIN.COM and Registry files, you can "Restart in MS DOS Mode",
then at any DOS prompt , type WIN press enter, and guess what...Windows
re-starts,just like it did with WIN3X
